Refund & Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send the proof image of your item and a valid reason why you want to return or refund it.

All FREE products and FREE gifts that were included to the order must be returned as well.

Before you start a return, please contact us prior at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returning and additional shipping costs should be paid by you. The initial shipping cost paid is not refundable.

Damages and issues 
Some minor deformation or damage of the contents might be caused by the impact of customs procedures and delivery process such as small scratches or package deformation, etc. In this case, a refund or exchange is not available as long as the contents are usable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For missing and damaged items, exchange is possible.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Wrong Item or Package
This is a rare occurrence, but in the event that you have received the wrong item or package, kindly send us an email at with pictures of the items so that we could send your correct purchase to your doorstep immediately.
